Minilogue – Blomma (Album)

My alltime favorite duo Minilouge just released a new album on Cocoon called “Blomma”. The past week i have been listening to this masterpiece over and over again. I could not be happier when entering this deep futuristic journey through dimensions of electronic soundscapes and mantra liked beats. Just get the album, your life will get so much better. Enough said.

B-Ju – Cheap Shots

God damn, never heard about B-Ju before. Apparently another unknown German producer that is killing it with music. His latest EP called “Cheap Shots” released on ERROR BROADCAST just blew me away. Fresh and lush summer electronic sounds. Just love the way how he uses vocal samples mixed with driven percussions and synths. Just get the EP for free HERE!

Track “Coffe Break With Two Cops” has looped my office more or less the whole day. So good!

From the cold north and celebrating the founding of the label Mindblast Records DJ Scheißefritz’s debut album Raumfahrer is the first release. Inspired by Arpanet this feels like a wannabe soundtrack for 2001: A Space Odyssey. Retro-futurism at it’s best.

Chico Mann is the fucking KING! I got me the album “Manifest Tone Vol. 1” a while ago and its one of the best albums i have in my collection NO DOUBT! You just have to get it! He is doing a funky afrobeat, synth-driven thing and blending warm analog sounds with modern digital techniques.

Small Mammal

I get loads of music to my email adress some of it is not that good and some of it is good, Matt Terrell a.k.a Small Mammal  sent me some stuff the other day and made my day. He is originally from Brooklyn NY but relocated to Asheville North Carolina, his music is entirely instrumental consisting of drums, guitar, keys and warped field recordings.  This is too good to miss out!

Alexander Marcus

Alright im BACK!! First off as my comeback i give you my new favorite artist Felix Rennefeldt a.k.a Alexander Marcus, the video and song above is from his latest album “Mega” wich was released a couple of weeks ago, BANGER!!! He calls his style of music Electrolore wich is a mixup between electro and folklore, so give this man your biggest support and by the way i guess im going to Berlin 20 th of november for his liveshow!

Back from vacation!

Ohhh time is passing by pretty fast and i´m back to reality and also back to share some music in this blog, i´m soo full of new music in all forms and colours that you did not believe existed!

Also meet many new promising artist that i gonna love to introduce you all to. But first some of the dopest shit i´ve listen too in many years, Daniel Savio who also is the man behind a complete new genre that he calles Skwee and that is a musical style, with origin in Nordic countries Sweden and Finland.

 Skweee combines simple synth leads and basslines with funk, r’n’b or soul-like rhythms, overall rendering a stripped-down funky sound. The tracks are mostly entirely instrumental, though there are exceptions. The name refers to the use of vintage synthesizers in the production process, were the aim is to “squeeze out” as interesting sounds as possible. The video this song is also pretty fuckin´ KOOL!
